Cardinals and Brewers to meet in Monday showdown
To kickstart the week on Monday, the Cardinals and Brewers will face off in a marquee showdown at Busch Stadium. The Cardinals sit at the top of the NL Central standings with the Cubs, while the Brewers are just one game back.
This one should be close, as stud hurlers Zach Davies and Dakota Hudson will start for the Brewers and Cardinals, respectively.
In what's expected to be a low-scoring affiar, we'll pick the Cardinals to take home Game 1.
St. Louis and Milwaukee should keep things low scoring
With Zach Davies pitching for Milwaukee and Dakota Hudson taking the hill for St. Louis, expect this game to be low scoring.
On the year, Davies has a 3.74 ERA, while Hudson has been equally as sharp and has a 3.82 ERA. With the two stud pitchers going at it in Game 1, the opposing offenses should struggle to get into a rhythm.
Because of this, we're going to pick the UNDER for this one.

Marcus Stroman will look to power Mets over Indians on Wednesday
When the New York Mets and Cleveland Indians meet on Wednesday for Game 2 of their three-game series, Marcus Stroman will toe the rubber for New York.
Without question the biggest acquisition from the MLB trade deadline, Stroman has a 3.21 ERA and 116 strikeouts this season.
With him getting the start for New York, the team from Queens should be able to come away with the Game 2 win.

Who will end up winning the AL Central?
There's a two-team race in the AL Central, with the Cleveland Indians and Minnesota Twins duking it out.
Entering the week, the Twins hold a 2.5-game lead in the division, but the Indians have turned their season around and look like true threats to win the title.
Per Sports Interaction, the Indians have 1.75 odds to win the division, while the Twins are slight favorites at 1.70. With that being said, Cleveland's bats and strong pitching will deliver late in the season. We'll take the Indians.
