Boston and Colorado to face off on Tuesday night
With the Red Sox still fighting for their postseason lives, they’ll have a quick two-game series against the Rockies on Tuesday. In Game 1, they’ll send Rick Porcello to the mound. The starter has struggled this season, holding a 11-10 record and 5.49 ERA.
With Coors Field being a hitter-friendly ballpark, coupled with Porcello’s inconsistent stuff from the bump, a lot of runs will be scored come Tuesday night.
Because of this, the OVER seems like a strong bet to make when these two meet at Coors Field.
Showdown between Mets and Cubs should be low scoring
Whenever the Mets and Cubs face off in late August, you know there’s going to be excitement throughout the series.
In Game 2 on Wednesday, Kyle Hendricks will take the bump for Chicago, while Noah Syndergaard gets the start for New York.
This will be a classic pitchers’ duel, as Hendricks has a 3.20 ERA and Syndergaard has a 3.71 ERA. With the two studs on the hill, Wednesday’s battle should be a low-scoring one.
Because of this, we’re going to go with the UNDER game total.

Huge NL Central showdown on the way for Brewers and Cardinals
In the final game of a three-game set on Wednesday, the Cardinals and Brewers will square off in a monster NL Central showdown.
In this game, Jack Flaherty gets the start for St. Louis and Jordan Lyles will take the bump for Milwaukee.
With both teams in a close battle in the division, this series will be of the utmost importance. In the final game, though, St. Louis will have the advantage because of Flaherty and his 3.32 ERA and 171 strikeouts on the year.
Taking St. Louis and the moneyline odds feels like the wise wager to make in this case for MLB fans out there.
Yankees will look to keep the Mariners silent
Following their tough series with the LA Dodgers, the Yankees have been rewarded with a series against the lowly Seattle Mariners.
In the final game of the series on Wednesday night, Seattle will likely send Justus Sheffield to the mound, the top prospect the Yankees traded to Seattle as part of the James Paxton trade.
Unfortunately for him, Gleyber Torres, Aaron Judge, Gary Sanchez and other big bats in NY’s lineup won’t give him a friendly welcome. Take the Yankees and the moneyline odds for this game.
