Best NFL picks and predictions for Conference Championship Weekend

Four teams remain in the hunt to win the Super Bowl this season. Which teams will punch their tickets to the big game this weekend?

After another weekend of upsets, highlighted no doubt by the Tennessee Titans taking down the Baltimore Ravens, only four teams remain in the hunt to win the 2020 Super Bowl. And with the conference championship games headed our way, expect even more drama.

In the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs will host the Titans with a trip to the big game on the line. The Chiefs looked to be in trouble against Houston but bounced back for a big win.

Over in the NFC, it'll be a battle between the Packers and 49ers, who both had strong wins in the Divisional Round.

In this piece, we offer up our NFL picks as all four teams look to bolster their Super Bowl odds.

Tennessee @ Kansas City: 19/1/2019 @3:05 PM ET

Who would have figured Tennessee would have made it this far? First, they stunned everyone by taking down Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. Then, they once again provided a stunner by defeating the No. 1 seed Ravens in Baltimore.

Can luck strike for a third time? With Tennessee, the run game has proven to be unstoppable, led by Derrick Henry. The beast of a back was sensational in the win over Baltimore, rushing for 195 yards on 30 carries.

He even added a touchdown pass. For the Titans to have a shot, they'll need to feed Henry early and often.

Meanwhile, for the home team, the Chiefs were in serious danger of an early exit last week against Houston. The Texans jumped out to a 24-0 lead. However, with Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce powering things, the Chiefs erased that deficit in the blink of an eye and went on to win 51-31.

Kansas City Chiefs To beat the Tennessee Titans

The NFL Playoff odds have Kansas City as 7.5-point favourites. We don't think they'll cover that spread, but we're picking them to take down the Titans and advance to the Super Bowl. It's been a long time coming for Andy Reid and Co., but this is the year they win the AFC and move on to play for the title.

Green Bay @ San Francisco: 19/1/19 @ 6:40 PM ET

Two of the best quarterbacks in the game will face off on Sunday, with Aaron Rodgers and Jimmy Garappolo going head to head in the NFC title game. The 49ers defeated the Vikings handily last week, with the offence doing its job, but the defence stood out in keeping Minnesota quiet.

Star cornerback Richard Sherman had a big interception too. He and the rest of the defence will need to play their absolute best to try and stop Rodgers and Davante Adams.

In the win over the Seahawks last weekend, both AR12 and Adams showcased their outstanding chemistry. Adams, one of the best receivers in the NFL, caught eight balls from Rodgers for 160 yards and two touchdowns.

Which Green Bay team will show up, though? When the Packers are on fire, few teams can match up with them. However, consistency issues on offence have been apparent throughout the year.

When these two teams met back in November, San Francisco dominated and came away with a 37-8 win. Garoppolo tossed for 253 yards and two scores in that one.

San Francisco 49ers To beat the Green Bay Packers

The 49ers are 7.5-point favourites to move on to the Super Bowl. Similar to the AFC title game, we don't think the spread will be covered, but look for San Francisco to be victorious and move on to meet the Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
