We will cover the Saturday game between Philadelphia and Toronto in Connecticut. It’s going to be another exciting weekend of soccer. Let’s get down to it.

Toronto FC (1.99) vs Philadelphia Union (3.59)

This is the game of the weekend. A contest favours the visitors in the soccer betting odds across all the top-tier sportsbooks. We tend to agree, but it’s not going to be a one-sided affair.

Philadelphia put on a convincing performance in their last match against the newly formed Inter Miami, winning the game 3-0. They’ll need more from Anthony Fontana against a very strong Toronto side.

Toronto beat top of the table Columbus in their last game. They won 3-1 and it was the number 10 Alejandro Pozuelo who lit up the show once again. Expect more from him this weekend.

Pick Toronto FC to win.

Seattle Sounders (1.17) vs Vancouver Whitecaps (16.01)

The Sounders come into this very strong favourites at 1.17 to win. They put on a comprehensive performance to beat the LA Galaxy 3-1 in their last and have been playing well all season.

The Whitecaps lost their last two games, granted against two strong sides in the LAFC and Portland, but will need everything to get anything out of this one. They have 15 points from 14 games and sit 10th in the Western Conference.

Expect the Sounders to win this.

Real Salt Lake (3.16) vs LAFC (2.09)

LAFC started the season as favourites to lift the MLS Cup, but haven’t made the start the oddsmakers predicted. They currently sit 7th in the league, with just 18 points from 14 games.

Regardless of that, they are favourites in the MLS betting odds to win this one with most bookmakers. They’ve managed just two wins in their last five, which is pretty poor, including a 2-1 to San Jose in their last.

Real Salt Lake has won 3 in their last 5, with a disappointing draw against Minnesota in their last. They sit even in the league with LAFC and stand a good chance of getting something out of this if players like Damir Kreilach can find the net again.

Take LAFC to win.
