Sunday’s game at the Emirates Stadium marks an important point in the season for both teams. Arsenal have had a tough season with Emery’s reign coming to an end and a poor start to the 2019/20 campaign.

English Premier League Free Picks: Arsenal vs Manchester City
🤩 Waking up with that winning feeling!
— Arsenal (@Arsenal) December 10, 2019
🤔 What was your favourite moment from last night's victory? pic.twitter.com/O7lLwAAyaK
Manchester City, who haven’t quite been themselves this season, lost their last game 2-1 at home to arch-rivals Manchester United.
Will City bounce back away from home?
Arsenal (6.00) vs Manchester City (1.44)
Arsenal will be buoyed from the result against West Ham. It seemed like business as usual for Arsenal this season as they went down inside the first half.
But, they were resilient and showed the quality they have in attack, putting three past the Hammers. New signing Nicolas Pepe scored an excellent left-footed curler to seal the game with a 3-1 victory.
City are also stuck in a rut at the moment, only managing to take two wins in their last five games. A crushing 3-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield potentially spells the end of the title race for City this year.
Though if they want to stay in the running, they’ll need to take a vital three points here.
The soccer betting odds heavily favour a Manchester City win in this one, even though Arsenal are at home. We think the same, City will be frustrated after the derby loss and will be hungry to take the three points here.
Take Manchester City to win here.

Parlay Pick: Manchester City to win & score the first goal (3.11)
Arsenal have a woeful defensive unit, and Pep Guardiola will be well aware of this. The City boss has managed across Europe and always manages to produce some of the most attractive football in the world.
His style of possession-based attacking football will cause the likes of Chambers and Luiz all kinds of problems. Unless they can manage to disrupt City’s flow, it could be a long game for the Gunners.
Arsenal have struggled on all areas of the pitch this season, but they do possess two of the best goal scorers in the league in Auba (11 goals) and Lacazette (5 goals).
It will be key to Arsenal’s success to get the first goal. If they can set the tone of the game early on, they will be able to upset City's balance.
Expect Manchester City to win & score the first goal.

Player Pick: Manchester City to win & Raheem Sterling to score anytime (3.39)
Sterling has been one of those players you associate most with during Guardiola’s time in charge at City. His development has been staggering and he’s found consistency over the last couple of seasons.
His electric pace will cause all kinds of problems for the homeside. Pep likes his attack to interchange and create a fluid attacking unit, which means Sterling could move to either wing at will.
City will have De Bruyne, Bernado Silva, David Silva, Rodri and Fernandinho to choose from in midfield. All of which are capable of putting the ball on a plate for Sterling and the other forwards.
Gabriel Jesus put on an excellent display against Burnley last week and will look to replicate that on Sunday. Sterling and Jesus have been linking very well, which will be yet another headache for the Gunners.
Take Raheem Sterling to score anytime.
A Birthday brace for @sterling7 #OnThisDay in 2015! 🎈

Dark Horse Pick: Arsenal to win & both teams to score (8.00)
It would be unfair to count Arsenal out in this one. They’re in London, Freddie Ljungberg is in charge and they just took three points off of their West London rivals.
Confidence has been low at the Grove this season. But if there was ever a time to put up a performance against the Champions, it was in this one. There’s no doubt they’ll suffer in defense, but if they can get the forwards ticking it could be on.
Given what happened in the derby we can’t expect City to play 90 minutes at the Emirates and not score, so we think it’s smart to play for goals on either side.
We wanted to give Arsenal a soccer free pick in this one after last night’s performance against the Hammers. They went down and battled back to earn a comfortable victory.
Take Arsenal to win & both teams to score.
