Calgary Stampeders at Winnipeg Blue Bombers (-1.5)

Winnipeg appears to have rediscovered its identity after winning three consecutive games. The Blue Bombers’ defence has once again become one of the CFL’s stingiest units (allowing 26 points per game), while the offence continues to improve each week.
Calgary enters on a two-game losing streak despite showing resilience with late comeback attempts. The Stampeders have struggled defensively, allowing too many explosive plays, which is a concern against a Winnipeg offence that is finally finding rhythm. Calgary’s defence is giving up a whopping 35.7 points per game, which is the worst mark in the league.
Laying less than a field goal at home is an attractive number. With momentum firmly on Winnipeg’s side, the Blue Bombers are the better play to extend their winning streak.
Toronto Argonauts (-3.5) at B.C. Lions

This matchup feels like a turning point for both clubs. The Lions have dropped several frustrating games this season and continue searching for consistency despite the leadership of quarterback Nathan Rourke. This game is vitally important for both of these struggling teams as they attempt to get back on track and closer to the .500 mark.
Toronto has been inconsistent but still possesses one of the league’s deeper rosters. If the Argonauts can protect the football and establish the run early, they should control the tempo against a B.C. defence that has struggled to get off the field in key situations.
The spread remains manageable at 3.5 points, making Toronto one of this week’s stronger ATS selections.

The Alouettes continue to look like one of the CFL’s elite teams, with quarterback Davis Alexander leading an efficient offence and the defence consistently forcing turnovers. Montreal has won convincingly in recent weeks and continues to build confidence.
Hamilton, however, has enough offensive firepower under backup quarterback Tre Ford to stay competitive even if it ultimately falls short. Receiving 10.5 points provides a significant cushion, especially against a familiar East Division opponent that may prioritize simply securing the victory rather than running up the score.
Look for Montreal to win, but Hamilton to sneak inside the number late.
