Additionally, Rankin is a receiving threat as well and could find the end zone through the air. He caught five passes last week against Toronto for 61 yards.
With Edmonton at home and favoured by around five points, Rankin is our favourite rushing-TD candidate of the week.

KeeSean Johnson (-155)
Johnson is our favourite longer-shot receiving option. He’s been one of Trevor Harris’ most reliable targets and had an outstanding stretch earlier this season, including three consecutive games with a touchdown.
The matchup with BC is attractive because the Lions have been vulnerable through the air, while Saskatchewan should be forced to throw if BC gets its offence moving. Johnson’s combination of target volume and red-zone involvement makes him more appealing than simply chasing a low-volume deep threat.
This game has the highest total on the board at 62.5 points, and with the point spread set at just 1.5 in favour of the Lions, you can bet these two teams will be going shot-for-shot down the stretch in what should be a high-scoring affair.
