Kamaru Usman to out strike Jorge Masvidal
The welterweight titleholder Usman will be keen to continue his fine form in the Octagon, but he’ll be in for a real test against a man that knows the ring too well, Masvidal.
Kamaru Usman has a lot of hype surrounding him, with a number of top fighters trying to match themselves with the Nigerian Nightmare including the likes of Conor McGregor. He’s won fights against Tyron Woodley and Colby Covington in his last two fights, which weren’t easy fights.
His opponent is no joke either. Otherwise known the East-Coast bad boy, the Miami-based fighter has won his last 6 fights, and in some style.
His last fight was against Tyron Woodley, winning the fight via unanimous decision. He’s not the tallest fighter but has a lethal striking and the champ needs to be aware of this.
Take Usman to win.

Volkanovski to defeat Max in what will be a chaotic bout
This is the second bout between these two fighters, with Volkanovski taking the featherweight title from Holloway in their last meeting in the octagon.
Max Holloway had one of the most impressive runs we’ve seen in UFC history. Holloway will be hungry to get his title back and has worked hard to find himself in this position.
The loss for Holloway at UFC 245 back in December was an unexpected result. Holloway will realize regaining his title would put him in the conversation for one no of the greatest UFC featherweights of all time.
The UFC betting odds do favour Volkanovski and we tend to agree. His speed and precision are much like Holloway and he’ll need to go up a gear or two if he hopes to win.
Pick Volkanovski to defend his title.

Petr Yan to overpower Aldo
There are still faint memories of the Conor McGregor fight in which Jose Aldo was knocked out in 13 seconds. Since then, Aldo has fought 7 times, winning 3 of those 7 fights.
Back-to-back losses to the aforementioned Max Holloway really knocked his confidence or at least seemed to do so. He’s going into this one having lost his last two fights, plus he’s fighting against Petr Yan who is a formidable opponent.
Petr Yan destroyed UFC legend, Urijah Faber in his last fight back in December 2019. He’s sitting on a record of 14-1-0, with a 100% record in the UFC.
While you can never count out Jose Aldo, we think it’ll be far too much for the Brazilian as Yan looks lethal and is showing no signs of slowing down.
Take Petr Yan to win it.
