While Hokit certainly has done a great job making an immediate splash in the lackluster heavyweight division, this is an incredibly steep jump in competition from what he’s used to. Going from taking on UFC debutants to an opponent who’s shared the cage with the best big men in the world, the brash and confident Hokit may be in for a rude awakening.

Having only lost to the likes of Tom Aspinall, Sergei Pavlovich, and Derrick Lewis over the last five years, Blaydes has quietly put together a phenomenal UFC tenure. With wins over Jailton Almeida, Junior dos Santos, and Alistair Overeem in his career, there’s no questioning the ability of Blaydes to end a fight with vicious ground-and-pound.
