Who Will Win Super Bowl LV?

Who Will Win Super Bowl 55?

The Super Bowl is the culmination of a gruelling regular season, with the winner of two conferences facing off for the championship title for the NFL. One of the most popular sporting events globally, with millions tuning in and wagering on this all-action spectacle.

The Super Bowl has been around since 1967 and is always played on the first Sunday in February. This year, that falls on the 7th, with the game being played at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

In a year of unpredictable sport across the globe, we’ve already seen a good few of the teams that were preseason favourites to reach the Super Bowl LV drop out, as we go into the Wild Card fixtures this weekend.

Our in-house NFL experts have reviewed the odds at all the top-tier sportsbook providers and have made their predictions as to who will lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy in Tampa.

Kansas City Chiefs (3.00)

As many of you are probably already aware, we’ve been touting this team to go all the way since the season began. The Chiefs have had a few slip-ups during the regular season, but having won it last year and playing the way they are now, it’s an easy choice.

They are clear favourites to win the Superbowl and as long as Mahones is fit and firing, there’s little any opponent can do. There are some teams in the league with exceptional defensive lines, but it gets to a point where it really doesn’t matter – the best player in the league feeding Hill and Watkins running riot is almost unplayable.

The Chiefs ranked 17th in total defence and 6th in scoring defence. While they rank well defensively, they aren’t without weakness. The run defence has been a chink in the Chief’s armour, making them vulnerable to teams that run the ball well.

Expect the Chiefs to retain the Super Bowl.

Green Bay Packers (6.00)

Next up after the Chiefs in the NFL betting odds comes the Packers, who have been strong throughout the season and shown they can certainly contend with the top sides this year.

Aaron Rodgers has been a pioneer of that success and is playing out of his skin at the moment. One issue for Green Bay is the loss of David Bakhtiari, however, the Packers have shown they can play without him in their last few games.

While we don’t think they’re quite on the same level as the Chiefs, they are certainly the top contenders to challenge them in February. They finished top of the NFC, with an overall record of 13-3 for the regular season.

Take the Packers to win it.

Buffalo Bills (8.00)

The Bills have had an excellent season, with few expecting them to perform as well as they have at the start of the season. The Bills have earned a 13-3 record during the regular season, ending it with a 6-game win streak.

Sean McDermott’s squad isn’t as strong as some of the other teams further down the pile, but on merit, they deserve to be the third favourite to lift the title. As long as Josh Allen is in the mix, then they’re in with a shot – who, incidentally, could be in with a shout for MVP depending on how far the Bills progress.

He’s putting up a 70.7% completion rate, alongside 19 touchdowns for the season. We all know they are strong on offence, but it’s in defence where we’ve seen a sudden improvement. The Bills are certainly worth a punt.

Pick the Buffalo bills to win Super Bowl LV.
