One of the best pure athletes in the NFL, and the undisputed alpha in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ passing attack, look for Metcalf to find his way into the end zone in back-to-back weeks, and the fifth time over his last six games played.
Working well alongside quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Metcalf has been the favourite target of the all-time great, leading the Steelers in targets by a wide margin. Additionally, Metcalf is a featured player in the red zone for the Steelers, having been targeted there six times in 2025 —three times as often as the next-closest receiver, Calvin Austin III.
Facing a juggernaut in the AFC, the Indianapolis Colts this weekend, the Steelers are going to need to bring their A-game to compete with their high-scoring offence. Needing to utilize their limited offensive firepower, expect to see Metcalf haul in a touchdown grab against the Colts as he shreds their mediocre secondary for a score in a high-stakes showdown.

Set to excel in a favourable matchup, bank on Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey to find the end zone against the Tennessee Titans in Week 9.
One of the most sure-handed receivers in the league, McConkey is an any-down-and-distance type of receiver. Able to work well in short passing downs, as well as when he needs to burn his way downfield for a long ball, McConkey has quickly established himself as one of the top young wideouts in the NFL.
After a quiet start to his second season in the NFL, McConkey has exploded in production as of late, highlighted by his three touchdown grabs over his last four games played. With this increased output from the former Georgia Bulldog, don’t expect to see him slow down against the worst team in the AFC.

Last but not least, let’s ride with an ol’ reliable option to find his way into the end zone with New Orleans Saints running back, Alvin Kamara.
Now we won’t beat around the bush; this hasn’t been a great year overall for Kamara. Playing on the worst team in the NFC, the Saints, as well as Kamara, haven’t had much to hang their hats on this season. That being said, Kamara is still a weekly threat to punch his way into the end zone.
Having failed to reach the end zone since Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season, Kamara is long overdue to score a touchdown. While much of this also relies on the overall play of his offence, there will be opportunities to score against a Los Angeles Rams defence that has been playing above its pay grade.
Look for the Saints to come out rejuvenated behind the new signal caller in NOLA, Tyler Shough, giving them new looks and feel in the offence, resulting in Kamara cashing for a generous +160 as an anytime touchdown scorer in Week 9.
