NBA Free Picks & Predictions: Boston Celtics @ Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavaliers are back at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse after losing their last two games on the bounce. They’ll host an in-form Celtics, who will look to make this their 5th win from six.
This Boston side are carrying great momentum into this game, but are far from unbeatable and Cleveland will look to their key players to produce the goods tonight.
Will Bostons’ run of form come to an end in Cleveland?

Boston Celtics (1.38) vs Cleveland Cavaliers (2.95)
A dramatic 3-point shot in the final seconds clinched the win against the Knicks. It was the 21-year old St. Louis man, Jayson Tatum who secured the points. He managed 24 points in the game, with Kemba Walker leading the scoring on 33.
The Celtics have enjoyed an excellent run of form since their first game of the season against the 76ers. They currently sit at 4-1 outright.
Kemba Walker is enjoying the campaign so far, recording 32 points for the Celtics in their last three games. They’ll look to The Bronx man to produce the goods again tonight.
The Cavs have a record of 2-4 for the 2019/20 campaign so far. Missing out to the Pacers and Mavericks in their last two means they’ll have to dig deep to find the answer against a strong Celtics side.
The NBA betting odds are stacked against Coach John Beilein, as he still seems to be trying to piece things together at Cleveland and is yet to find the right balance within the roster.
Take the Celtics to make it a fifth consecutive win.

Parlay Pick: Celtics to win it & over 214.5 (2.86)
The Celtics have a PPG of 111 for the season. They’re led by Kemba Walker who puts up 26.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game on the year so far.
This Celtics team is very physical and have produced some elite defensive performances. Boston currently ranks fifth in the NBA in scoring defense allowing just 103.0 PPG.
The Cavs are averaging 104 PPG. They are relying on players like Kevin Love (19.2, PPG) and Colin Sexton (16.8, PPG), as well as Tristan Thompson (16.5, PPG) to produce the offensive force.
The Cavs will need to start putting performances in against some of the stronger sides, if they want to compete this season. Cleveland only hold wins over a depleted Indiana team and a struggling Bulls team.
The losses for the Cavs have come despite some impressive plays from Kevin Love, who is averaging the second-best rebounding total in NBA at 15.3 per game.
Expect the Celtics to win this one tonight.
The Love Machine to get the Cavs going, Cavs first to 20 points (2.20)
We’ve discussed the Santa Monica man already, but Kevin Love has been carrying this team on his back at points so far in the campaign.
Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson will be able to set the pace of the game, if they can find the net early on. They’re both capable shooters, with Tristan Thompson boasting a field goal percentage of .549.
The offense stats for the Cavs key forwards are pretty handy, but they need to utilise them early on and try to take the game to the visitors. Otherwise, the Celtics starman Walker will overrun them.
It’ll be key to any chance of a Cavaliers victory to shut down the main man Walker, which they failed to do with Doncic last game. They need to find a way to wrap him up, but without an obvious answer it could be a long night for the homeside.
We rate this NBA free pick, as we can see the Celtics have been slow to get off the market in previous matches.
Take the homeside to come out firing and be the first to 20 points.
