Crystal Palace vs Arsenal Premier League Picks Week 32
Crystal Palace Arsenal Preview
Arsenal have won 7 of their last 8 games overall vs the Eagles. Furthermore, in 32 career head to head meetings between Wenger and Big Sam, Arsene has dominated going 19-8-5 and with his teams outscoring Allardyce's by a 2:1 ratio.
Scott Dann, Palace's best defender is out with injury which also plays into the Gunner's hands, but Arsenal have not earned my trust yet in terms of winning a game in hostile territory.
With key injuries for Palace in the midfield and defense there will be no way to keep Arsenal at bay, they'll have to fight fire with fire. And with weapons like Benteke and Zaha going against a lazy defense, goals may rule the day.
Over 2.5 Goals (-154)
Looking at what the English Premier League has scheduled for this weekend there is not much that stands outs in the way of a Marquee fixture. Fortunately, the rest of Europe has obliged!
European Footy Picks - Der Klassiker and the Madrid Derby
It may not be convenient for the teams involved in these big clashes (Real Madrid-Atletico and Bayern Munich-Dortmund) this weekend that they all have Champions League quarterfinals to consider for next week, but for our viewing pleasure this is as good as it gets.
Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid
Rivalries do not get as intense as this one, both on the pitch and in the stands.
In the first meeting between these 2 teams this season, Real, specifically Cristiano Ronaldo, wiped the floor with Atletico scoring a hat trick in a 3-0 win at the Vicente Calderon.
But Simeone and his men may be entering their peak defensive form of the season having kept clean sheets in 5 of their last 6 games. Playing at the Bernabeu they will set out to frustrate the Galacticos and make their road to the title a little harder.
Pick: UNDER 2.5 Goals +100 on William Hill
Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund
Manuel Neuer looks like he won't be available this weekend but nevertheless, this feels like a comfortable Bayern win. Neither team needs these 3 points to help them on their quest.
Bayern is running away with the league and Dortmund, who are 15 points behind, don't have much to worry about either as they are safely entrenched in a Champions League spot.
Still Bayern are facing their biggest game of the season at home to Real Madrid next week and will want to make sure they are in top gear.
Beating Dortmund matters for many reasons to their club and their fans, and seeing as how Dortmund has lost more games away from home than they have won in Germany leads me to no other conclusion.
Pick: Bayern Munich -154 on William Hill
