Tottenham vs Arsenal Premier League Soccer Predictions

Tottenham vs Arsenal Premier League Soccer Predictions

Tottenham vs. Arsenal Odds

My Team's Next MatchTottenham

For the past 21 seasons, Arsenal have finished above Tottenham in the Premier League standings. Arsenal fans have invented a name for it and commemorate the day each season when they accumulate enough points to mathematically finish above their arch rivals each year.

They call it St. Totteringham’s Day

But with Tottenham having a 14 point lead over the Gunners, this run of over 2 decades will be coming to an end this season. It will be Tottenham’s turn to gloat. So when the Arsenal fans walk down Tottenham high road this Sunday they will still have hope of ruining Spurs’ title hope and snatching precious points from them in their attempt to chase down Chelsea. Arsenal who still sit outside of the top 4, need wins. But White Hart Lane is not the place to get one.

Chelsea visit Goodison to play Everton this Sunday with a 9am EST kickoff. So when the North London Derby kicks off at 11:30am EST Tottenham will already know what the Blues have done.

I tip Spurs to win this game regardless but IF Chelsea happen to drop points the only suggestion I can give is to bet more on home side as they will be shot out of a cannon from the very first whistle. Arsenal will be going against a team that has not lost a Premier League game at home all season and are +35 on goal differential. Tottenham are versatile. They can score in a multitude of ways and can find solutions on the fly to try and get at their opposition.

Arsenal’s big revolution has been a recent switch to a back 3, a tactic that Spurs can emulate themselves and have had success playing against in Chelsea, a team that plays the style much better than Arsenal are capable of. Tottenham have too many answers, and want to step on the throat of Arsenal worse than anything. This Sunday will be the day they step out of Arsenal’s shadow, even if only for a moment.

The Eternal City Derby…

My Team's Next MatchRoma

Or the Derby della Capitale (Serie A) also takes place on Sunday in Rome, when Roma play Lazio. Roma own a 6-2-1 record over Lazio in their last 9 matches and have been superb at the Olimpico all season. With an identical price to Tottenham (-118) on BET365 Roma is the play this Sunday. Getting two dynamic home teams at even money is too good a prospect to pass on.

Stanley Cup 2019 Odds: Tavares & Toronto Favorites?
Toronto will remember July 1st, 2018 not as Canada Day, but Tavares Day, after the pride of Mississauga was liberated from the New York Islanders. This stunning coup solidifies the Leafs top-line talent for the next half-decade, creating a long window of opportunity for Toronto’s long-suffering franchise. The Maple Leafs odds to win the Stanley Cup in 2019 jumped to +700 after the announcement, better than the Lightning, Bruins and Golden Knights. Toronto’s finally positioned as favorites to win their first ring since 1967, despite questions surrounding their blueline and goaltending.
