Chicago Cubs: Hottest team in the MLB National League

We would make the above title the hottest team in the Majors if it not for the white hot Toronto Blue Jays who are riding a ten winning streak in the American League. One has to hand it to Chicago though as the Cubs have won six straight contests and they are on a 12-1 roll since July 29, 2015. Those impressive winning ways have moved Chicago into the second National League Wild Card position and they are just 1.5 games behind Pittsburgh for the top spot.

Milwaukee Brewers: Playing out the string on a season that was over long ago

Talk about a tough season. Milwaukee knows all about that as the Brewers stumbled out of the gate with a 5-18 record and they were 11.5 games out of first place in the NL Central just one month into the 2015 MLB season. Though they mounted a charge heading into and out of the All-Star break (a 14-4 run) the Brew Crew have hit the skids again as they are on a 6-15 run and sit 26 game behind the St. Louis Cardinals in the NL Central. Facts are facts – the Brew Crew is bad.

Brewers vs Cubs MLB Call: Chicago has an edge in the pitchers duel here as LHP Jon Lester (7-8 ERA 3.22) faces rookie RHP Tyler Cravy (0-3 ERA 5.40) in the rumble on the rubber. We like the Cubbies to keep things rolling along and we’ll cruise with Chicago with a 500 unit wager on the money line price posted at the new and improved YouWin online sportsbook – check it out!
