Winnipeg looking for revenge against Calgary in Week 20
Over the weekend, the Blue Bombers and Stampeders faced off in Calgary in what proved to be the best game of Week 19. The Stampaders survived with a 37-33 victory.
Now, though, these two teams will quickly turn around and face off in Winnipeg. Will the Blue Bombers be able to get some revenge on Calgary after they lost to them?
Heading into this one, the Stampeders are 2.5-point favorites, with 1.91 odds to cover the spread. While Winnipeg will have the homefield advantage, look for Calgary to come out on top and cover the spread.
Hamilton continues to cruise against its competition
These days, the CFL odds of taking down the in-form Hamilton Tiger-Cats aren't too high. They are without question the best team in the league.
Hamilton enters this week with a 13-3 record, winners of their last four games. On Saturday, they will have a tough road contest against Montreal. Hamilton is a 2.5-point favorite for this one.
While Montreal is 9-7, the Tiger-Cats should be too much for them to handle. We're going with Hamilton to win straight up. With a win, they'll continue to see their best Grey Cup odds increase.
Toronto big-time favorites to defeat Ottawa
If you're looking for a primetime CFL showdown to watch this weekend... this may not be your best bet.
Both Toronto and Ottawa are a disappointing 3-13 on the year and they'll face off in Toronto. The Argonauts will enter things as six-point favorites, hoping to capture their fourth win of the season.
While Ottawa's offense and defense has struggled throughout the year, the same can be said for Toronto. In the end, though, someone has to be victorious. We'll pick the Argonauts.
Saskatchewan and Edmonton ready to go to war
In what's expected to be the closest of all the CFL picks this weekend, Saskatchewan is a 1.5-point favorite to defeat Edmonton on Saturday.
The Roughriders are 11-5 this campaign and the Eskimos are 8-8. While Edmonton is 5-3 at home this year, Saskatchewan is expected to win a close one.
This one figures to be a back-and-forth type of game. Could it come down to a late 4th quarter touchdown? We'll have to wait and see, but look for Saskatchewan to escape town with a victory.
