Week 17 kicks off with Edmonton at Hamilton
The confidence for the Tiger-Cats has to be through the roof right now. Holding an 11-3 record, No. 1 in the CFL, the team is coming off a dominant victory over Winnipeg last week.
In what was expected to be a see-saw game, Hamilton stomped the Blue Bombers, taking them down 33-13. Dane Evans was brilliant in the victory, throwing for 359 yards and three touchdowns.
Now, Evans and Co. will look to slice and dice Edmonton at home.
Per Sports Interaction, the Tiger-Cats are six-point favorites. Flying high right now, we think Hamilton gets the job done and covers the spread.
Calgary hoping to knock off Montreal on the road
Typically when a CFL team has home-field advantage, they'll be the favorites to come out on top. In this case, that's not how things are going down.
With Montreal getting ready to host Calgary on Saturday, they're actually two-point underdogs. The Alouettes are 7-6 on the year, while Calgary has surged to a 9-4 record. They've also won four consecutive games.
With all of this in mind, we think the Stampeders will take down Montreal and earn a hard-fought road win.

Saskatchewan looking to keep Winnipeg's cold streak going
Unfortunately for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, the hot start to the season seems like a distant memory these days.
The team has lost back-to-back games, and now have the quite difficult task of trying to take down the Roughriders in Saskatchewan. Trust us, that's much easier said than done.
The Roughriders are 9-4 on the year and have won two consecutive games. They enter this weekend as five-point favorites over the Blue Bombers.
Will Saskatchewan be victorious? We think so, while also covering the spread.
BC Lions ready to throttle Toronto
Seemingly out of nowhere, the BC Lions have been red hot and have won three straight games. Now, they'll look to make it four in a row.
Luck is on their side, as they'll be hosting the lowly Toronto Argonauts. Toronto is the worst team in the league, holding a 2-11 record.
With the Lions playing their best ball of the season, it'd be a major stunner if the Argonauts pull off the upset. Go with BC to cover the nine-point spread here.
