Baltimore will not be going 0-16 this season. Justin Tucker’s 52 yard field goal provided the Ravens with a 23-20 Thursday Night Football OT win over the host Steelers. Pittsburgh, who now drop to 2-2, had Michael Vick in at QB in Big Ben’s absence. Vick was kept to 124 yards on the evening. Baltimore enjoyed a big game from Justin Forsett as he rushed for 150 yards, while Pittsburgh RB Le’Veon Bell racked up 129 yards on the ground. The Ravens will face the Browns next in Week 5 and the Steelers will look to bounce back against San Diego.

CC Sabathia notched his sixth win of the year courtesy of five innings of mound work. Thursday’s triumph puts New York back into the postseason after a two year hiatus.
- The New York Mets were blanked in matinee action. Jared Eickhoff tossed 10 Ks over seven innings to lead the lowly Phillies to a 3-0 victory of the NL East champion Mets. Philadelphia swept the three game series and now New York are in a tighter race for home field advantage in their Division Series versus Los Angeles. Speaking of the Mets, they’re listed as a 7/1 shot to win the World Series.
- The U have lost for the first time this season. Freshman quarterback Hayden Moore threw for 279 yards and two TDs in Cincinnati’s 34-23 thumping of Miami. The Bearcats entered the game as a seven-and-a-half point underdog and improve to 3-2 on the year with the victory.
- It didn’t take long for the Grey Cup to come to Toronto’s future home turf. It’s been announced that BMO Field will host the 104th Grey Cup scheduled to take place on November 27, 2016. The Toronto Argonauts are looking to move from the Rogers Centre to the new stadium by the start of next year. Toronto last hosted the Grey Cup in 2012.
