Broncos vs Chiefs NFL Week 13: AFC West Foes Battle For First
National Football League Week 13 action continues with a beauty as the Denver Broncos head to Kansas City to battle the Chiefs in a showdown for first place in the AFC West Division. This is a rematch of NFL Week 11 action and kickoff is slated for 4:30 PM ET on Sunday December 1, 2013, from a soldout Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.
Denver Broncos: Facing first back-to-back NFL road games
For the first time this season, the Denver Broncos are facing back-to-back road games as they travel to the Show Me State to face the Chiefs. The Broncos (9-2) are coming off a rare loss as they dropped an epic 34-31 overtime battle against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots last Sunday night. Peyton Manning and Crew continue to be a scoring juggernaut as they are averaging an NFL leading 39 points per game with 429 total points scored.
After 9-0 start Chiefs look to end two game losing streak
A perfect season is a thing of the past in Kansas City as the Chiefs have now dropped back-to-back games. Their 27-17 loss during Week 11 action in Denver against these same Broncos can be excused but we’re not sure what to make of their defensive collapse at home last weekend. The KC signature defense looked very ordinary as the Chiefs dropped a 41-38 decision to the visiting San Diego Chargers in their Week 12 AFC West divisional battle.
Chiefs vs. Broncos Wagering Lines & Canada Sports Betting Prediction
Surfing over to the SportsInteraction online sports wagering website we’re a little surprised to find Denver is fairly thick road chalk for this contesttoday. The Broncos are posted as -5.5 ATS and -250 straight up while Kansas City are home pups at -5.5 ATS and +200 on the money line. The Over/Under for this contest is set at a lofty 49 total points. Given the Chiefs recent woes on defense, we’ll back the high powered Broncos on the SIA money line!

Handicappers who convince themselves - and anyone else who will listen - that the Kentucky Derby is just another race probably haven't cashed too many tickets on the first Saturday in May. The truth is people should bet the Derby differently because of just how unlike any other race it is.
