The Predators won their first playoff series in 4 years, and then lost in the playoffs to a team that would make the Stanley Cup Finals for the second year in a row. So there are signs of optimism in Nashville. The Predators are still looking to win their first elusive Stanley Cup. They have a few playoff appearances under their belts and a few playoff series wins. However, in almost 20 years of play, the franchise has yet to lift a single banner to the rafters, with no Stanley Cups, no conference titles and no divisional titles.
The have yet to retire a jersey number, or see one of their players make the Hall of Fame. But, they have had a few All-stars in Sergei Krivokrasov, Kimmo Timonen, Tomas Vokoun, Shea Weber, Ryan Suter, Pekka Rinne, Filip Forsberg, Roman Josi, and James Neal.

Bet On Nashville Predators Games
If you’re betting on the Predators next year, they’re going to likely win a lot of games.
They have all the pieces for another solid run in the regular season next season, and possibly even a playoff series win.
They need their core of Shea Weber, Pekka Rinne and Mike Fisher to stay healthy and play up to expectation levels. They will be aided by the likes of Filip Forsberg, Calle Jarnkrok, James Neal, and Mike Ribeiro, Craig Smith, and Colin Wilson. It’s a good mix of age and youth that will hopefully mesh and grow together over the next few seasons.
Their defence is being called one of their best in franchise history. But, that’s not really saying as much as you would think. They’re going to need everything they can muster to compete in the division with St. Louis, Chicago, Minnesota, and Colorado, who all swing for the salary cap fences. The west is going to be more competitive next year, and so is the central. Teams are going to have to work even harder to make the postseason, and Nashville needs to keep moving forward, just to keep their current position in their division.
