Taking a look at the National Football League Week 3 action we find a schedule that’s dotted with key divisional match-ups. That includes the San Diego Chargers vs. Kansas City Chiefs all AFC West clash. Kickoff is slated for 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, September 30, 2012, from what will be a very raucus Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.
Kansas Chiefs: Ground and pound the New Orleans Saints
While scouring the NFL Futures odds in the preseaon, we liked the Kansas City Chiefs as an “underdog with chance” to win what will be a wild AFC West division. While the call didn’t look very good through the first two weeks of the season, the Chiefs stepped it up in Week 3 as they posted a 27-24 come from behind OT win over the New Orleans Saints. The victory moves the Chiefs to 1-2 and just one game back of the Chargers.
San Diego Chargers: Employ smoke and mirrors to lead AFC West
Even though they are 2-1 to open the 2012 NFL season, we aren’t buying into the San Diego Chargers just yet. The Bolts needed five field goals from PK Nate Kaeding to take down Oakland 22-14 in Week 1 and then blasted the Titans 38-10 in Week 2. Last week, the Chargers had just 23:46 on offense and were rocked 27-3 at home by the Atlanta Falcons. Always an enigma under head coach Norv Turner, we don’t trust the Chargers here.
Chiefs vs. Chargers Canada Sports Betting NFL Game Day Prediction
Traveling West to East, for an early morning game, is always a difficult task for NFL teams. This is true with the Chargers as the Bolts are 4-11 during their last 15 trips to Arrowhead Stadium. That number includes two straight loses by a 34-24 count. Checking the lines in the Bodog.ca sportsbook, we find the home side posted with +1.5 points in this contest. While it’s not the biggest spread – we’ll take it and back the home dog Chiefs!

Handicappers who convince themselves - and anyone else who will listen - that the Kentucky Derby is just another race probably haven't cashed too many tickets on the first Saturday in May. The truth is people should bet the Derby differently because of just how unlike any other race it is.
Instead of trying to figure out which backup National Football League players are better than others, while betting on NFL preseason action, we turn to fight for first in Canadian Football League. Looking like the cream of the CFL crop, Calgary is in British Columbia and the Stampeders lead the Lions by a half game in the West Division. Meeting for the third time this season, these rivals hit the gridiron at 10:00 PM ET on August 19, 2016, at BC Place in Vancouver.
