NFL 2013 Online Futures Betting: Super Bowl or Bust
As training camps across the NFL open on Monday, July 22, 2013, we bring your futures betting for the 2013 regular season and the playoffs. As we analyze the moves made by the teams, we back the Denver Broncos as Super Bowl champs.
Denver Broncos: This year is different
Denver fell in the second round of the playoffs last season as the number one seed to the eventual Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens after finishing the regular season with a 13-3 mark under quarterback Peyton Manning. This year, Manning will have a new weapon on offense as Wes Welker joins the team.
Super Bowl Competitors: 49ers and Patriots
San Francisco and New England seem to be the two teams best suited to contend for this year’s Super Bowl once the regular season gets underway. The Niners have added some new parts to compliment Colin Kaepernick on offense and the Patriots, minus Welker, should still be considered for the AFC title.
To find the futures betting lines for Super Bowl XLVIII, we head to the sportsbook at Bet365.com. Denver has +650 odds to win the Super Bowl while San Francisco comes in with +650 odds and the Patriots have a +800 price. We are going to back the Broncos at +650 to bring the Lombardi Trophy back to Mile High Country.
