Week nine of the NFL season features the New York Jets and the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 1:00 PM ET. The game is being played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. We are going to bet on the visiting Saints.
New Orleans Saints: Aiming for yet another win
If not for a last-second score by Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, the Saints would be 7-0 heading into their week nine game on the road against the New York Jets. But, because of that score, the Saints take their 6-1 record into New Jersey to face the Jets on Sunday afternoon. A seventh win should not be too hard to secure.
New York Jets: Trying to rebound from tough loss
New York was thoroughly embarrassed last week by the Cincinnati Bengals by a score of 49-9. The Jets hope to rebound from that tough loss on Sunday when they host the Jets. New York has a 4-4 record and are just two games behind the first place New England Patriots in the AFC East division entering play this weekend.
On Sunday, when the New York Jets play host to the New Orleans Saints, we find the betting odds at Bet365.com and their online sportsbook. The Saints are 6.5 point favorites this weekend over the Jets, which is why we will bet 10 percent of our bankroll on New Orleans to win on the road at -6.5 (-110) over their hosts.
