National Basketball Association Conference Championship futures prices update as the NBA playoff stretch run is about to kick into high gear. Today we present the odds to win the East and West as William Hill bookmakers have posted the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder as the top two favorites to meet in the 2013-14 NBA Championship Finals.
NBA Eastern Conference: Can anyone cool down the Heat?
After three straight NBA Finals appearances, and back-to-back World Championships, LeBron James and the Miami Heat are once again posted as top chalk to win the Eastern Conference. Miami, with a -115 ML price, are thin favorites over the surging Indiana Pacers who are close second with +110 ML odds. Facts are facts, in the very weak East there is the Heat and Pacers – then everyone else as the Brooklyn Nets are a distant third with a monster +1800 price at William Hill. We like the Pacers to gain home court advantage and knock off the Heat.

San Antonio, perennial favorites and the defending West Champions, are a close second with a +300 line while the new best team in SoCal, the LA Clippers, are posted with a +800 ML price. The Thunder will roll into the 2014 NBA Finals.
