Cinderella Has Left The Dance: NCAA April Affirmation Final Four Is Set

Cinderella Has Left The Dance: NCAA April Affirmation Final Four Is Set
After impressive wins over #6 Ohio State, #3 Syracuse and #10 Stanford, Cinderella has left the Dance as the gutsy kids from Dayton fell in the Elite Eight round to Florida. We are now are left with the cream of the March Madness crop as the Final Four round is set for the 2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship. Play resumes on April 5, 2014, in Texas.

Florida Gators retain top Championship chalk status

From a pre-bracket selection line of +500 on the SportsInteraction betting board, to their +235 pre-Sweet 16 odds, to a miniscule Final Four price, the Florida Gators are still the top favorite to cut down the nets in Texas on April 7, 2014. Bookmakers at sportsinteraction.ca now have the Gators posted as +111 favorites to win the NCAA 2014 Men’s Basketball Championship. We’re not sure if their price can get any lower but it will be interesting to see what number gets posted if Florida survives their Final Four battle against Connecticut. The Huskies are Final Four loingshots with +800 money line which is down considerably from a monster +6500 pre-tournament price.

Wisconsin and Kentucky: Close second favorites at SportsInteraction

Kentucky carried a +1300 money line into the tournament but the Wildcats are now the second chalk with a +254 line as they get set to face Wisconsin who enter the dance with a +2000 price but have now dropped to +369 on the big board at SportsInteraction. Florida is our last horse in the race as we lost Arizona and Michigan State during Elite Eight action. Thankfully, we jumped on them with the +500 ML price back on March 16, 2014. As March Madness turns April Affirmation, we still like the the Sunshine State Seniors to rule the Lone Star State.
